  2.  Kagi handles all payments for Dominoes, and they support 
  3. many different methods.  Once your registration has been processed, 
  4. Kagi will send you a code to unlock your copy of the game.  They 
  5. support many different payment options:

  7. 1) Register online (securely) by credit card.  It's the easiest, 
  8.   and often you get your code within a few hours.   To do that, 
  9.   follow this link:

  13. 2) Register via email using a credit card.  to do this, launch 
  14.   the "Register" program included with Solitaire, fill in the 
  15.   details, and email the form to the kagi address you'll find 
  16.   on the form.  (the credit card details are encrypted to prevent 
  17.   interception.)  The email address to send the order

  20. 3) Register via postal mail with a cheque or money order.  Again, 
  21.   use the "Register" program, fill in your details, then print 
  22.   the form and send it with your payment to the included address:
